The truth is, setting a goal is not the first step in transformation, it’s the midpoint. This workbook is not about performance goals. It’s about aligning with where your energy is naturally leading you, exploring what truly matters, and creating meaningful change at your own pace.
Before we can create real change, we need to pause, reflect, and uncover what is already calling us forward. Without this deep understanding, we risk being hijacked by unconscious beliefs, old patterns, and unrealistic expectations.
Understanding yourself is freedom. Freedom to become objective to your patterns and not be had by them. The name of the game is to name the game.
