Yoga really is for every “body”. In this E-Book I have chosen three great yoga poses or asanas as they are referred to in Sanskrit to find calm, relax the nervous system and ground you in the moment.

  • Viparita Karani or Legs Up The Wall to calm the nervous system, stretches, strengthens and lengthens. A nice one before bed.

  • Savasana or Corpse Pose a lying down pose of conscious relaxation or NSDR non-sleep deep rest. Improves respiratory and cardiovascular function, reduces stress, anxiety and insomnia.

  • Using Tadasana or Mountain Pose to stand in your power anywhere at any time of the day.

  • Yoga Nidra - A Sanskrit term meaning “Yogic Sleep” is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation.

Included are instructions on how to enter the pose, the benefits and coming out of the pose to assist your practice.

Yoga is a place to go not just for the body but also the mind.
